The Large Object Viewer was developed as a tool for programmers, designed to grant access to the large text and image fields (BLOB/CLOB) stored in database fields.
The idea was born out of necessity, when one of our developers needed to view large XML files stored in the logs of one of our client's database, the result of transaction logs of web service integration calls.

The product then expanded its uses and it seemed like there would be other people out there with similar needs.

We have therefore decided to release the product to the marketplace. It will soon be available as a public Beta.
