Actuarius is a Time Management system designed especially for the Oil & Gas Drilling industry.
It allows Landmen and Crew to login securely and submit timesheets against their daily activities. Management and accounting staff can then run reports for purposes of billing, payroll, and tracking of work.
It was written as a web application that allows Landmen and Crew to login to a secure system and enter timesheets against their daily activities.
These timesheets can then be approved or rejected (sent back to Landmen and Crew for clarification or correction) by Supervisors.
At the end of a billing period, accounting or management can run reports to that will compile invoices to clients and payroll sheets for staff.
Other reports provide utilization rates, activity tracking and other information about staff activities.
Since the system is designed as a web application it requires no installation on any computers. Your staff can access it securely over the Internet.
This product is currently in development and will be available to the marketplace at a time to be anounced later this year.
We are planning two deployment models:
- Self-Hosted - you buy it and host it internally to your organization or wherever you like. We provide support for the application and you provide support for the hosting environment
- Hosted - our partner Arrowhead Technologies will host it for you and provide support for the hosting environment, whilst we work with them in tandem to provide support for the application. If you don't want the overhead of maintaining your own environment this may be the option for you.
